Returns: Members must notify Printing Plus of any damage or missing items within 30 days of receipt to receive a replacement at no additional charge.
Printing Plus will replace any items determined to be defective, if notified within thirty (30) days after receipt. Any defects occurring or discovered after thirty (30) days of receipt will be handled according to the respective manufacturer’s repair or replacement policy.
Returns to Printing Plus resulting from a member’s change in decision with no defect to the product will be returned to the Printing Plus at the member’s cost and must include a note explaining the reason for return. Returned items must include original packaging and package contents to be accepted for return. A 15% restocking fee may be applied to all non-defective returned items. Refund will not include original shipping fee. Returns can be initiated by contacting the company directly.
