Col. Neal launched Printing Plus because he saw a need for a better product, faster turnaround and a higher level of customer service for the Greek community. Since 1982 Rex has worked with faithful clients who have trusted Printing Plus with their printed items, including the very first thing their members receive—their personalized initiation certificate and plastic membership card. He has worked in every stage of the process, from sales to design to running a printing press, fulfilling orders and shipping. The Printing Plus team now works so seamlessly that Rex is able to focus on account relationships and growth. He spends his free time playing tennis, cooking, writing and traveling.
Tobi has been with Printing Plus since 2007. There’s nothing she can’t do, but she spends most of her days as an account manager, helping customers and managing the customer database. She also takes pride in creating stunning custom charters that will be displayed for years to come. In her free time, Tobi enjoys golfing with her husband and spending time with her grandchild.
Jodi is one of our talented account managers. She is a graduate of Ohio State University and a member of Alpha Delta Pi. With excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, Jodi treats customers with the utmost care and is also a wicked graphic designer. Outside of work, she enjoys hanging out with her husband, three sons and two dogs.
Ben is a jack of all trades. He works closely with Rex to manage customer relations, and is always seeking to cultivate new ones. He also oversees the printing presses, will dive into production when needed, fixes IT issues and even pitches in to put away inventory. Ben graduated from the University of Dayton and is a proud Flyer.
We love the updated certificate form. The larger crest and the PMS true to our colors makes it really stand out.
